She is Suzuki Certified, and teaches full time. She has taken all of her training from pedagogue Pamela Devenport, and attends Suzuki Institute every summer. Rachel is a current active member of the Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra, and is the cellist of the Allante String Quartet which resides in Alpine Utah. She teaches all ages and all skill levels. |

He is a recipient of The Sorenson Legacy Award for Excellence in Arts Education in the State of Utah, currently working as the Kodály Music Specialist at Lakeview Elementary School while also directing their orchestra and choir programs. Maintaining a private teaching studio for over fifteen years, Logan has worked with the string programs of the Timpanogos Chamber Orchestra, Juan Diego Catholic High School, Utah Valley Chamber Players, American Heritage School, and many other groups within Utah Valley. Logan teaches at the Intermuse Academy of Musicianship and Pedagogy for Kodály Certification at Brigham Young University and chairs the Utah Valley String Festival. He has given workshops and lectures nationally and internationally for Orff, Suzuki, and Kodály educators. Logan lives with his wife Sydney, a Kodály-certified violin teacher, and their daughter in Cedar Hills, Utah. |

Alexis Watson

801-671-4180 lexypyper AT gmail DOT com Alexis is passionate about music! She started learning piano at the age of 4 and cello at the age of 10. She has taught beginner and intermediate piano students since high school while continuing in her own private lessons on both piano and cello. In 2011, Alexis received her Bachelor’s degree in cello performance at Brigham Young University. She has performed and toured with BYU Chamber Orchestra and the BYU Philharmonic Orchestra. She loved being in the chamber groups at BYU and has played in a quartet with a few friends for weddings/ gigs. She has taught both piano and cello students in her various places she has lived since graduating. She currently lives in American Fork and performs with the Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra. Playing orchestral music is her favorite thing to do. She brings a bubbly, fun personality as a teacher. Her goal is to get kids excited about learning music! |
